What is the process after I book?

You will receive a confirmation email stating the following information:

Approximately 30 days before your reservation, you’ll receive an email containing all the important details and documents we’ll need. This will include:

  1. Pre-Arrival Form
    This form needs to be completed at least 36 hours before your reservation. This step is essential to ensure your rental is set up according to your needs. Please note that if this form is not completed, your rental will not be prepped accordingly, and any delivery issues may incur additional fees.
  2. Rental Agreement
    This agreement outlines the terms of your rental and must be reviewed and signed before we finalize your reservation.
  3. ID Verification
    For security purposes, we’ll need to confirm your ID before your check-in. This is a standard step to make sure everything is properly arranged for your reservation.
  4. Security Deposit
    Depending on the rental type, a security deposit ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 will be required. This is fully refundable upon successful return of the rental.

Access to Your Guidebook (Beta Program)

Once these steps are complete, you’ll receive a digital guidebook with everything you need to know about your rental. The guidebook includes:

  • Instructional videos to help you feel confident with the rental’s features
  • Important information regarding care and operation
  • Required check-in and check-out forms to streamline the process

Important Information for Your Reservation

Delivery Rentals:

  • Delivery Time: Delivery is scheduled between 3 PM - 7 PM.
  • Pick-Up Time: We will pick up your rental between 9 AM - 12 PM.

Pick-Up Rentals:

  • Arrival Time: Pick-up time is scheduled between 3 PM - 7 PM.
  • Return Time: Please return your rental before 12 PM.

If you need specific times or times outside of the ones listed above, please email us immediately or use our Optional Add-Ons form to purchase an early check-in or late check-out option.

Please Note: Beginning in 2025, grills and tables will ONLY be available as optional add-ons and will no longer be included automatically. You can review and select these items on our Optional Insurance & Add-Ons Order Form before delivery.

Every camper in our fleet is fully equipped with essentials to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Here’s what’s included in all rentals, whether you’re picking up or opting for delivery:

  • Bedrooms & Sleeping Areas: Comfortable pillows, linens, and blankets for every paid guest.
  • Bathrooms: Soft towels, hand towels, and washcloths for each paid guest; stocked with hand soap, a first-aid kit, and special RV toilet paper, plus OTC medicine (Advil, Aleve, allergy/sinus relief), tick twisters, Q-tips, flossers, and more convenient items in the bathroom cabinet available for purchase.
  • Kitchen & Living Room: Dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, silverware, and steak knives), cookware (pots, pans, cutting board, mixing bowls, measuring cups, and more), plus salt & pepper, baking pans, ice cube trays, water pitcher, toothpicks, matches, cleaning supplies, and Smart TV(s) with streaming services.
  • Outdoor Comforts: A straw mat, flashlights, 2 camping chairs and more to make your outdoor space cozy and organized.

Pick up Perks

Simply pick up your rental, and you’re ready to hit the open road with peace of mind and everything you need for a stress-free adventure. When you choose to pick up your rental, we make sure your trip is hassle-free right from the start:

  • Flexible Travel: Freedom to explore anywhere in the U.S. and Canada with a fully prepped and road-ready camper.
  • Convenient Add-Ons: To make packing even easier, we offer optional add-ons like our Outdoor Essentials Package (includes camping chairs for all, a grill, an outdoor table, and extra blankets) as well as Early Check-In and Late Check-Out options for added flexibility.
  • Quick Start Assistance: We provide a full orientation on all functions, ensuring you feel confident with every aspect of your camper before hitting the road.

Motorhome Details

Reservation includes 100 miles per day and 2 hours of generator use per day. Any additional mileage or generator hours will be billed according to the terms in the Rental Agreement, with fees outlined at the bottom of the RV description. Please note that daily liability insurance is required for your reservation. As a courtesy, we include the state minimum limits in this quote. If you’re interested in additional coverage, please let us know—we offer higher-limit policies for added peace of mind. Full-Service Delivery Perks

We offer a full-service delivery package, which includes transportation, setup of water, electric, and sewer hookups, as well as leveling, slide-out prep, full interior, and exterior setup and a full in person walkthrough. When you’re ready to wrap up, we’ll handle the entire teardown and return so you can relax to the very last moment. We provide even more amenities to enhance your experience:

  • Additional Toiletries & Essentials: Travel-size soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a stocked coffee bar with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, and creamer.
  • Camping Convenience: Camping chairs for all, paper towels, tissues, garbage bags, tin foil, saran wrap, dish soap, hand soap, sanitizer, and an extra drying rack.

If you’re looking for a more budget-friendly option, just let us know. We offer a NO COZY Discount for families on a budget—a bare rental with no added amenities, giving you a comfortable stay without the extras.


Do you book my campsite too?

Not at this time. We can offer recommendations for you in our area based on your needs and preferences. After you have reserved your campsite, we will be happy to help you reserve one of our rentals that will suit your family perfectly. Please review Selecting a Campsite for guidance in this process.     We provide exceptional service, reliable rentals, and options to fit any budget. Choose full-service rentals with delivery, setup, and cozy touches like made beds, coffee stations, and outdoor setups. Alternatively, pick up a camper and travel on your own terms.
  • What’s included in the full-service setup?
    Full-service includes leveling, connecting utilities (water, sewer, electric), interior setup with linens and toiletries, and an outdoor setup with a grill, table, and camping chairs. All you need to do is relax and enjoy.
  • Can I pick up a camper and travel?
    Yes! You can travel anywhere in the U.S. (excluding Mexico). Use our towing guide to ensure compatibility.

Booking & Payments

  • How far ahead should I book?
    Book as early as possible, especially for peak seasons and holidays, to secure availability and better rates.
  • What are your payment terms?
    • Regular bookings: 50% deposit, remainder due 2 weeks before arrival.
    • Last-minute bookings: 100% payment at booking.
    • Booking 1 year out or longer: 10% Deposit, 50% 90 days before arrival, remainder due 2 weeks before arrival.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Credit cards, Venmo, mailed checks, and cash.

  • Do you charge a credit card processing fee?
    Yes, a 3% fee applies to credit card payments. It is refunded if you pay via bank transfer.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Yes! Check our Specials page for current offers.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • Cancel 4+ weeks before your stay for a 50% refund.
    • No refunds for cancellations within 14 days, holidays, or festival rentals.
    • $250 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
  • Do you charge a security deposit?
    Yes, between $1,000–$5,000, based on the rental and add-ons. It’s a pending hold on your card, released within 7 days after your rental if returned in good condition.
  • How do I get my deposit back?
    Return the rental in the same condition you received it. Damages, missing items, or improper cleaning will result in deductions.
  • Can I extend my rental during the trip?
    Yes, if the camper is available. Contact us to revise your rental agreement.

Rental Details

  • What is the minimum and maximum rental period?
    • Minimum: 2 nights (3 on holidays or festivals).
    • Maximum: 21 days, with longer options available upon request.
  • What’s included in a rental?
    Most rentals come fully stocked with kitchenware, bedding, towels, outdoor furniture, and a coffee station. Check our What’s Included page for details.
  • What should we bring?
    Disposable items like paper plates, cups, and utensils are not provided.
  • Can I rent extra equipment?
    Yes, CLICK HERE to view optional items like grills and camping gear can be added for an extra fee.
  • Do rentals have heat and A/C?
    Yes, all units except the Cozy Carefree Popper have A/C. Heat is standard in all rentals.
  • Can I travel with your campers?
    Yes, you can travel across the continental U.S. and Canada (Mexico is prohibited). CLICK HERE to check our towing guide to ensure your vehicle can tow the rental.
  • Do you offer one-way rentals?
    Yes, for an additional fee.
  • Can I extend my rental?
    Yes, if the camper is available. Contact us to arrange an extension.
  • Can I rent a camper in the winter?
    Yes, winter rentals are available, but bathrooms and water systems are non-functional. We provide portable water jugs, a Camco portable toilet, wash basin for water, and other essentials.
  • Can I travel with a de-winterized camper?
    Yes, but extra care is needed to prevent freezing damage. A de-winterization fee of $150 applies. However, we prefer the rental unit stays winterized until you reach a location that is above 32 degrees Fahrenheit. You are responsible for any damage done to our rentals due to temperature negligence. 

Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Do you deliver and set up campers?
    Yes, delivery includes full setup of utilities, furniture, and amenities. Fees start at $250.
  • Can I pick up and tow the rental myself?
    Yes, but we require towing experience for pick-ups. Inexperienced renters must opt for delivery.
  • What happens if the delivery location is inaccessible?
    Ensure the site is flat, wide, and clear of obstructions. If delivery is not possible, no refund will be issued.
  • Do you offer budget delivery options?
    Yes, self-setup/teardown delivery comes with a $75 discount. Instructions are provided at drop-off. This option is ONLY available for seasoned campers.
  • Will you deliver to non-campground locations?
    Yes, including homes, fields, festivals, and events. Locations need flat, stable ground with clear access. A generator rental is available for locations without electricity.
  • Do you provide airport or hotel pickup?
    Yes, we can arrange transportation to your rental for an additional fee.

Insurance Pets & Cleaning 

  • Do I need insurance?
    Insurance is not required for deliveries but is strongly recommended for pick-ups. Check with your provider or purchase supplemental coverage through MBA Insurance.

Pets & Cleaning

  • Can I bring pets?
    Yes, up to two pets are allowed with a $150 fee per pet. Inform us in advance, or the fee will be deducted from your security deposit. SOME rentals are 100% allergen free and labeled at the TOP of the description, please review before booking.
  • What’s expected for cleaning?
    Return the camper in the same condition as received. Extra cleaning fees may apply for uncleaned tanks or excessive mess.

Additional Policies

  • Do I have to dump the sewer tank?
    You can handle it or pay an additional fee for us to do it.
  • Can I rent a camper if I’m inexperienced?
    Inexperienced renters must choose delivery to avoid damage to the camper.
  • Do you help reserve campgrounds?
    Not at this time, but we offer recommendations and tips for booking.
  • Can you mail left-behind items?
    Yes, for a $10 handling fee plus shipping.
  • Do you sell or buy campers?
    We buy used campers to expand our fleet. Contact us if you’re selling.
  • What extras can I rent?
    Additional items like generators, larger propane tanks, and convenience items are available. Pricing is listed in the Cozy Extras section.
