You choose to set up/tear down yourself. This INCLUDES propane, water heater/water pump, electric/sewer/cable/water connections, awning, all interior/exterior items, etc. HOWEVER, IF you destroy anything, you will be responsible for full replacement/repair. IF we return to pick up and must handle any part of the tear down procedure, you will be charged the remainder of the delivery fee. CHECKLISTS are available upon arrival.
Cozy Extras are defined as: added items for your enjoyment and luxury. Removal will include fully stocked coffee bar, towels, wash cloths, all linens, extra blankets, pillows, hand towels, dish cloths, Chairs, outdoor grill & utensils, etc.
If you do NOT want any Cozy Extras the discount given will depend on the length of stay. You will have the option to only add on the specific items you would like after your reservation is booked.
